When I worked at wal-mart, i'm working the grocery isle one afternoon when....

Me: ....how can I help you?

Retard:I'm...looking for the popcorn.

Me: It's right over here....

(I lead him to this great wall of popcorn)

Retard:...the popcorn....

Retard: Is this....the popcorn....?

Me:.......THIS is the popcorn
(meanwhile this dude and his kid are in the background like )

lol ppl do that all the fukking time at my store, i think they just like fukking with ppl because nobody is that stupid

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I work for this giant eyewear company (thru another company) in the copycenter/mailroom. Last week, they had this big summit down in Orlando. shyt was hectic for a min. as people waited till the last moments to get their stuff ready. People were sending down tons of copy requests to go to the summit. Stuff for the event had to go to another company first before being shipped to Orlando. A truck came to get it on 1/21 but people bytched about not being ready (mind you, they knew about this shyt for months). They sent out another truck on 1/24 and people brought down mass shyt to go out. We got the loading dock all cluttered with skids of boxes wrapped in plastic. Though there was some jackass who tore off all the plastic on one skid to add one box rather than starting a new skid.
Anyways, this eurasian birdbrain chick I also mentioned in an earlier post comes to our room on 1/28 saying she needs 450 booklets printed for the summit by 1/31. Each page is 8.5 x 5.5 in but her picky ass wants the full-bleed effect. This means we have to print it on bigger paper, cut it down and manually drop 450 stacks of sheets into the booklet maker. It's time consuming but still doable. She also wants it on this special glossy paper but we don't keep enough in stock since it's a rare type we use. We make our paper orders on Mondays & Wednesdays so we can get them the next day. We told her we can get the paper that Thursday (1/30) and it can be done by the next day. Of course, we get the paper but guess who had to be reminded to submit her request? This broad submits the shyt the day of with like 4-5 hrs. to spare. We're already down one color printer (we have 2 color printers, 2 b&w printers) since our regional boss doesn't want to spend money for the tech to fix it. We're supposed to get new machines that also happen to be smaller, cheaper and quite frankly pieces of crap.
The chick of course has to go through proofs and make changes before printing the whole job. By the time we finally get started it's noon and she wants the shyt by 3:00pm like we don't have other requests that'll come in. Since the paper's too glossy and slick, it fukks up our machine. Now we gotta wait an hr. for the tech and last-minute summit jobs start piling in. Hell, there was this one lady whom we printed booklets for earlier but one of the pages was jacked up. With the requests coming in, I ask when she needs the reprints by since we're getting backed up. This broad just would not give me a time. I asked her like 10 times to give me a time. At one point, she's like "I needed these yesterday". I'm thinking, "why the fukk didn't you submit the damn job yesterday" but I can't say that since it's not good customer service. lol We let the one chick with the 450 books know what's going on and she comes down all and bothering the tech asking all these questions really so she can know who to point the finger at. Damn, I wanted to strangle her for that. lol Eventually we get this broad to print the booklets on regular paper (like it should've been) and get it done eventually. Problem is, with that and other last minute summit jobs, mad normal requests couldn't get printed that day that had to be shipped over the weekend. Hate those fukkers sometimes.

don't u hate how these broads get condescending when they tell u an item is a certain price cause of your age and it automatically means you don't know what ur talking about....but when you correct them and show the proof they cannot even have the decency to admit to being wrong...they just say something like "well okay...u can take it off"

this happened earlier today with this woman....

came on line with the bumblee brand of tuna....when it rang up from $3 something this broad started talking about how she saw a sign that it was 4 for 5 dollars.....i pull out the fliar....and i look inside and it clearly said at the bottom it was for the 3 oz and told her she had the 5.1 oz tuna....broad could not even apologize for having that "hint" of condescending demeanor in her voice....i hate how spoiled these supervisors and managers make these broads become by becoming buddy buddy with them....

and isn't it usually the older folks(not always but usually) that throw money on the belt?

the only time i do that throwing money on the belt shyt is when i have no 5s or 10s and i have to give them all singles....

but i still count it out and group it together to hand it to them...

What goes through the minds of people who come on line to crowd your walkway with the stuff they don't want when they could have returned it themselves with their lazy asses...

Watch one day there is gonna be a big story about someone getting maimed trying to move over a mountain of items a dumb lazy ass customer left




I forgot to mention this to y'all but 2 days ago a lady who finished her shopping fainted at the front of the store wall anone of my coworkers on her register called the manager to tell him to call the ambulance and police....she was still ringing up people tho and payin attention...

Anyway they are taking a while...so she picks up the phone herself and repeats the message...

Now I can understand her being distracted because she is looking over watching the customers trying to keep the lady who fainted up....cops and ambulance finally come and they run some tests on her....during this a customer who was on the coworker's line I look across to see she is holding her key up withher card onit and says "Hello I have my card" or some shyt like that and I'm thinking how amazing it is these customers are such crackfiends that a person could be possibly dying and ur in a rush to have attention on u...

@The HONORABLE SKJ your due for that thread in ur HOH group on how this industry for women is the sister version to the court system...its just so disgusting...Did y'all see what I just posted? This lady actually tried to get attention on her because the coworker was glancing back and forth at the woman who fainted

Here in the NY area years ago some hyper customers trampled a Security Guard at Green acres on Black Friday.....

They really need some therapy man...its out of control

why am I just now discovering this thread? tell you bout the time I got banned from a jack in the box. the line was out the door and im waiting like 20 mins just to give them my order. but I keeping my eyes on the tacos. I used to work for jib so I know that after 15 mins they not fresh. so I finally proceed to place my order . I want 8 tacos but I want fresh tacos. the bytch gave me the tacos that were sitting there the past 20 mins. I give em back, she gives em back to me saying they fresh tacos and im like you a lie, ya feet stank and you dont love jesus. she was mad then and pushed the tacos at me. I told her I wanted my money back and she say no. so I threw the tacos at her. they called the police said I assaulted her, but I was just banned.
