Think I'm going to switch my routine around, add in two days for just conditioning and maybe take out the two power days :patrice:

Either way I've been on PHAT way too long and I've been loving the strength and conditioning stuff I've been doing at young Krack's wrestling/mma gym so I might as well make it permanent.

Working out with health issues is all about going at your pace breh, just take it easy out there and consult your Dr before anything.
