I've been doing full body for the past 3+ years. Splits take up too much time, not to mention it feel like I didn't even work out. :hmm: Full body is way to go, if you're pressed for time, and only like working out a few days a week.

Not to mention, my stats and gains still top 99% of the "frequent" gym goers :manny:

thats exactly how i feel, thats why im just stick to the full body workouts

I'm a super skinny dude. I'm talking 125-130 and 5'10 skinny.

Can you gimme some tips on high calorie things to eat and snack on? I like working out but dieting is the hardest part of all this.

And any weight gainers or protein powders you'd suggest?

not really..unless you incorporate more bodyweight exercises than those 2 and you would have to them at a high volume
Im ok with that. I wanna get my body to a reasonable place before i even think about stepping in the gym :sadcam:

you would have to do a lot more exercises than that but it is possible to get aesthetics without weights.

Im like 6'1 or 6'2 and 150 on a :flabbynsick: day

How many pushups and situps should I be doing weekly just to look decent?
