I've been doing full body for the past 3+ years. Splits take up too much time, not to mention it feel like I didn't even work out. Full body is way to go, if you're pressed for time, and only like working out a few days a week.
Not to mention, my stats and gains still top 99% of the "frequent" gym goers

I'm a super skinny dude. I'm talking 125-130 and 5'10 skinny.
Can you gimme some tips on high calorie things to eat and snack on? I like working out but dieting is the hardest part of all this.
And any weight gainers or protein powders you'd suggest?

Im ok with that. I wanna get my body to a reasonable place before i even think about stepping in the gymnot really..unless you incorporate more bodyweight exercises than those 2 and you would have to them at a high volume

you would have to do a lot more exercises than that but it is possible to get aesthetics without weights.

You can't get that way with just push ups and situps, maybe you should try p90x or insanity. My boy does p90x and looks decent no homo.
