So i just cleared all of the towns, about ten minutes ago, and now a random DUP raid has appeared on my map.
this has never happened before

that will keep happening once you finish the game and clear all the areas...there will be dup raids that pop up...the most i've seen so far is 2 at a time...

it makes sense. if there's no DUP's, there's nothing to do nor can you charge concrete powers.
