Man I just haven't been able to find the motivation to listen to anything new recently. I caught up on a bunch of stuff and now I'm stuck again. I got that Juliana Barwick, Mitski, Blood Orange, and Avalanches in the queue

And I just saw that Arca has some new stuff I'm downloading....not an album, another one of his long tracks.

I really need something to knock this Kanye off of the AOTY perch because that album isn't worthy of that title. Lots of good shyt this year, but nothing next level yet.

Got through a few this weekend

Avalanches is very solid, 8/10

Schoolboy Q is very solid, 8/10

Mitsky has some gems but is uneven, borderline 7.5/8

Still havent made it past track 2 on that Blood Orange. Just havent been in the mood.

Can't say that I like it as much as @Zeu$ does but my god at that back-to-back of Squash Squash and Juicy 1-4

Only albums that have really excited me personally are Kanye, Anohni, and Beyonce

I think the brakes got pumped on 2016 when James Blake let us all down
