This bill is going to pass because, all of the private prison in Texas are going to real good in 20 years of this bill. They was tired of these low income women killing their future inmates.

If this bill was a way to provide more future inmates, that says a lot about the quality of men and women in our state and their level of self-responsibility.

at this guy. First off this is higher learning cut it out with the names. Number 2 are blacks going to stop having babies in single families because of this? And as for your environment argument, the only way that can happen is if the average IQ of the American poor jumps up about 2 standard deviations. Don't hold your breath.

And the proportion of productive blacks and black athletes from single parent homes is tiny compared to those who end up in jail, on public assistance, or low-wage earners who take more from public resources than contribute. Look up the stats, tard.

shyt would have basically made it impossible for minorities to have access to the services, while the same people voting for it would have been sittin' pretty gettin' all the abortions they wanted. It was literally a political motive to cripple rural/low-income peoples in comparison to their upperclass counterparts. I don't even think the +20 week thing really matters and such definitely pales in comparison to most abortion sites being shut down.

For poorer populations who may need that abortion, it basically is banning abortion for those people, thats why its being seen more as a "ban" rather than a resturcturing of thr bill. It's a very tricky system set up here. The bill would have closed most of the abortion clinics in Texas with the closest ones being +100 miles away from many populations of people.

looks like an incentive to get their IT certs up and move to them cities if they want to abort babies like walmart visits that bad. they could always rip it out with a coat hanger.
