You eat a plate full of fruits and vegatables each day or better yet half a plate with each meal.

Then you have the herbs like Tonkat Ali, Ginger, Green Tea, and Garlic.

I'm pretty much 85/90% vegetarian now and I notice the difference already. I have to up my water though (supposed to drink 2 gallons a day:sadcam:)

If have fish once a week or so and if I go out I might get a steak but other than that I'm mostly eating veggies

*i order from a meal service named lean and fresh

That’s what’s up. I meal prep as a side business. Sometimes it effects the way I eat in my personal life cause I feel like I’m around it all the time even tho I ain’t eating it. This week I ate out like 4 times and that ain’t me at all

For the most part I eat healthy and when I eat “bad” I’m using high quality ingredients - like last night I made a black bean burger and cut up some organic red potatoes and made fries.

I make nachos and I’ll use organic chips, cheese, ground turkey and pile on whatever - pico, black beans, avacado, corn fresh jalapeños, I substitute sour cream for plain Greek yogurt. shyt go crazy

Buy produce and build up your spice rack.
Learn your aromatics and herbs… avoid salt and you’re likely doing a hell of a lot better than before.
Don’t forget to drink MORE water.

Go to your local 99 Cent only store and get some jasmine and basmati rice.

They sell organic black beans there too.

The Grocery Outlet has a section of health food discounted at a much better price than places like Whole Foods.

When I say "health foods" I mean
coconut oil

organic peanut butter with 2 ingredients: peanuts and sea salt

Things like that.

As someone who doesn't like to spend too much time cooking, ground turkey is very simple to make.

Rice cookers save time.

Air fryers save time.
