Keep it simple... protein, veggies, and a good starch (salmon or chicken, spinach, and sweet potato is the norm)

The more food you make yourself the more control you will have over your ingredients, your cost and your health. Thats the best tip I can give.

since January 1st, i made a New Years resolution to lose 50 pounds
Ive been doing cardio 6 days a week with a 2 day break at the beginning of each month
Eating one meal a day and lots of water

That's wassup...You will probably hit the 50 lbs mark in May

Opposite end of the spectrum, have gained 24 lbs since November, just eating 3000 calories a day and working out without any supplements, but about to start doing these 2000 calorie shakes to get the next 10 lbs.

Do you prefer shakes? You could easily hit that 2k with solid foods
