when i reach 185-190 ill start to do more muscle building

Ive been doing cardio 6 days a week with a 2 day break at the beginning of each month
Eating one meal a day and lots of water
Do you prefer shakes? You could easily hit that 2k with solid foodsOpposite end of the spectrum, have gained 24 lbs since November, just eating 3000 calories a day and working out without any supplements, but about to start doing these 2000 calorie shakes to get the next 10 lbs.

I like to do my cardio on the weekends for that reason.Honestly, if you can keep the weekends somewhat reasonable, you should be good money M-F. Weekends are usually when the social events happen so they can wreck your progress a bit.
