Damn man. I probably gotta go low carb again because of this skin issue. Hopefully I don’t get weak Af. I’ll probably get shredded tho :yeshrug:

I ran a keto diet for my first contest prep, initially I did lose strength but only for the first week or 2 after that my body adjusted and strength came back

that's what up but man i said i wouldn't do it again but this skin shyt is wack so i have no choice. How do you avoid being constipated? :dame:

On that get huge and lean meal plan. Around 350 grams of protein a day, and 100 carbs a day, 150 carbs on leg days. 5 meals, two protein shakes, one post work out, and one before bed. 5 day lifting, 6 days cardio.
