Been doing a mix of cardio and kettlebells/calisthenics. Weight ain’t coming off like it used too when I just did cardio. I hope it’s a sign of gaining some muscle. Still got a few diet tweeks I need to make, but progress none the less.
If we are being reality…….If you are in a deficit it ain’t muscle.Been doing a mix of cardio and kettlebells/calisthenics. Weight ain’t coming off like it used too when I just did cardio. down 21 pounds from January 1st
Still on one meal a day, and 30 minute cardio 6 days a week. This is truely the hardest i ever went since a few years ago and i feel great

i was 230Not sure how big you were but try not to over-starve yourself. You'll burn out.
21 lbs in 6 weeks is like 3.5lbs a week. If you weren't like 350lbs at the start I'd say that may be too aggressive. The goal is to lose the weight and maintain/keep it off.

Kind of depends. It could work now just fine but there should be plan to adjust when it eventually slows down.Yea the advice I've heard is no more than 2lbs or 1% of your body weight a week in terms of weight loss. You don't wanna crash and burn early.
350 grams of protein a day? What’s your caloric intake and how much do you weigh? That sounds insane. On that get huge and lean meal plan. Around 350 grams of protein a day, and 100 carbs a day, 150 carbs on leg days. 5 meals, two protein shakes, one post work out, and one before bed. 5 day lifting, 6 days cardio.
Yeah I need an update on this one350 grams of protein a day? What’s your caloric intake and how much do you weigh? That sounds insane.
Yeah I need an update on this one
“Huge and lean” had me confused but I never said anythingDude ain't even clearing 3,000 calories on leg days (assuming 100g of fat).
How sway?
Diet being taken care of next week. Already lifting 3x a week, MWF most weeks. What ya'll doing on you non lifting days to stay active?
