I get in the gym in the morning 4 times a week and probably squeeze in 2/3 night cardio sessions
Will be meal prepping next month.
And by meal prepping I mean eating almost 4 pounds of pasta a day.
1 pound of noodles and almost 2 lbs of pasta sauce with meat () on top of mass gainer and a nikka still losing weight/just barely maintains.
Brb taking two short lunch breaks or being that dude eating pasta in the office meeting.
No "diet" or meal plan to speak of. I eat enough to not die in the gym and the metabolism takes care of the rest. This week is a pasta week so I eat 3+ pounds of pasta with meat sauce and take my mass gainer. Anything else I eat is icing on the cake. Next week I might get on a turkey burger kick.
Finna head back to the office and eat these gummi bears. Already ate the pasta.

Today so far:
- Otis Spunkmeyer blueberry muffin
- Maltodextrin + bcaas + low-sugar gatorade powder + water
- ≈3.5 pounds of pasta [1 lb rotellini w/ meat sauce]
- 5.0z Haribo Gold Bears
- Whey post-wo shake
- 1 serving of ChocoPB Serious Mass
Did no cardio and I'm still hungry.
Will try this out once I get some fillets. Getting sick of eating all this damn pasta and not gaining a pound. I need that @portcityplaya meal plan, word to a mother.

- Had barbecue yesterday. (Ran through a rack of baby backs for lunch.)
I'm down almost 3 pounds this week.
I need to get back on my 3 pounds of pasta a day program and get right.
Just crushed four turkey dogs on Hawaiian buns and some waffle fries.
Prolly making pancakes for dinner then back on my 3lbs of pasta kick tomorrow.
I've eaten 11 pounds of pasta this week and haven't gained a single pound.
Least I'm back at 200 though.
On the menu for today: candy, 6 scoops of Serious Mass, and 3.12 pounds of pasta w/ meat sauce.
