I decided to get it. First NFS game since 2011. The only thing that's really getting on my nerves is the inability to remap the controls. I'd rather map shifting to the face buttons or to the right stick, and have look back mapped to Y 
. I'm still figuring out if I like this or not.

How's your performance now? I been staying in the 70-90 FPS range on my PC. I'm still messing around with my wattman setttings, since my card gets very hot on all games.

And these damn cops are op. Already got busted 3 times and I just bought the game last night

Once you start getting faster cars it gets easier but the cops is STILL OP ASF...
