There's no more space and every hood close to Manhattan is all filled up. That leaves the BX ripe to harvesting.
I was just in 149th just a few hours ago. The cacs are definitely here, they're tiny for now compared to Harlem but it's clear that it's too late to save this place.

I drove by an upscale development flyer posted on Jerome near Gun Hill Rd.
I'm also skeptical of that near finished tall construction near Burnside as well
