The trick is to get existing customers out to jack up rent for the next one. If they wanted to jack up prices they’d do it off top for a new building and watch the hipsters flow. Yo did any1 peek out that building thats is under construction by the yankee stadium?? if you ride the 4 train to uptown its on the right hand side. You wont miss it. I hope its not an upscale residential building for these cacs to set up a new colony in south bx..

Always thought that spot would gentrified first before the rest of South Bronx with all those stores on 161s nearby the stadium and the park across the street. But so far until today the only cacs I encounter around there are Yankee fans during game day.
