Should people who are trying to gain muscle mass just try to lift as much as they can and eat a lot/healthy?

Eating right plus no drinking and lifting heavy on compound lifts for 6 months will do that for you.

Low calories, pull ups, pull ups and a row machine. I don’t even do protein shakes nor do I lift weights. Only lift my own body weight and I’m bigger than him and just as cut. Used to be in military amd look the same. You do not have to take steroids to look like him. Anybody saying that just isn’t going hard enough in they workout routine. That’s easily attainable with good discipline. And his abs are not fake like some are saying. You can tell it’s not

no soda or juice unless organic... no sweets at all. No pork or beef. Very little starches. Eat 3 servings of fruit everyday. Eat plenty spinach and broccoli... don’t eat bread like at all. Stay away from dairy... amd do not eat cheese. There you go

For starters you have to post what you look like right now - post a pic along with your height/weight so we can accurately gauge what you need to be doing.

And secondly as I told you last time: CALORIC RESTRICTION

Dude is at a very low body fat that can only be obtained by a sustained caloric restriction lower than your TDEE until you reach low body fat levels. Assuming that you’re training.

This not being addressed out the gate made the thread feel like buddy wanted an excuse to lust after another man out in the open. Seemed more interested in talking about dudes body instead of engaging posts that could very well help you achieve what you were looking for :hubie:

His physique is not impressive.

He doesn't have much size on him, he's just lean with a bit of muscle.

It matters where you're starting. We don't know what you look like OP. You might have to gain weight or lose it.

Get in the gym, lift some weights and do cardio.

Steroids...I already posted about topics like this. Your body is only good at one or the other; burning fat, and or gaining mass. It doesn't do both at a fast rate. That's where anabolics step in. They allow you to lose the weight, and gain muscle faster. Essentially; you don't get a six pack and get big...you get it naturally by being very shredded and skinny (caloric deficit). If you see anyone with mass and a six pack, they're juicing....yes your favorite Hollywood actor juices.
You are insane if you think this guy is on steroids or if you think you need steroids to achieve that physique :mjlol:

Someone with good genetics can achieve that physique in a year naturally.

This is his workout. See if you’ve got what it takes

This workout is mainly to burn fat.

He's dong too much circuit shyt that targets too many different muscle groups.

If you want muscle growth, focus on just a few muscle groups per workout (or 1 if you are a beginner).

His bodyfat % isn't low it's like 10-12%.

Easily?.... What do you mean EASILY breh.

There's no decent looking physique that can be attained EASILY.

What part of doing cardio and lifting weights and eating clean/healthy for at roast 6 - 8 months is EASY? :francis:
calories in calories out.

I can eat like shyt and still be lean because I'm active enough.

I look like breh in the OP without lifting weights. :yeshrug::manny:

There’s no need to go super hard on cardio. You’ll just burn out and be discouraged. A nice comfortable run that gets you sweating at least 45mins 5 times a week will get you to your goal. Yall keep coming up with these excuses to stay :flabbynsick:
These brehs ain't really in the gym like they claim.

Dude's physique is 100% achievable naturally.

I'd say someone with below average to average genetics can achieve this within a year or two depending on where they start.

And there's no one way to eat or do cardio. Eat what you like and do the type of cardio that you like that allows you to be in a caloric deficit if your goal is to lose weight.

That's me in September 2020 at around 83KG.

I'm bigger and more rounded now around 88-90KG.

I think you brehs need to put up some receipts.
How long you been lifting?

Mad truth in this comment.

And yeah, actors juice like fukk, with the body types they're expected to reach in short-term training with no testing? Of course they juice.

work + long bulk then cut + genetics + gear

the first 2 will get anyone an excellent physique. The latter two are what separate excellent from incredible :gladbron: type physique. You won’t look like him but you will be the best you that you can be

I left “hard” out of work because it’s really not hard man. Folks over complicate and overhype the difficulty of getting in good visual shape in order to sell you shyt. I also don’t consider shyt like preworkout, creatine etc as gear, only actual drugs. Only 2 things really matter in my experience

1) Consistency
2) Calories in and Calories out. Eat more to bulk, eat less to cut

I eat whatever the hell I want really but I make sure I’m hitting the gym hard (heavy weight) 3x a week, and then 2 lightweight active rest days (nothing heavier than 35lb dumbbells).

if you got time to play COD, or watch full nba games you got time to get in shape.

Yeah but consistency isn’t easy and should be down played

truth is , you have to enjoy working out ion some level. It’s hard to be consistent if you don’t enjoy it

they can mask some of it to an extent but like we always say. If you want to get your money’s worth you need to have your nutrition in check. I personally think people put too much into workout programming and not enough into diet.

it’s because people like lifting but don’t like being mindful of calories
