lol naturals can train just as hard as guys that take steroids.

Progressive overload is progressive overload at the end of the day.

On average enhanced lifters will be more stronger than natural brehs, so you most likely won't be pushing the same weight they are unless you also train for strength.

But you can still train with high intensity and even volume. The body adapts quickly.

If I didn't have great genetics, I would've quit or used steroids in my early 20s.

My body was so responsive when I was younger, it's what kept me going. I knew no matter what, if I train hard, I'm guaranteed to get great results.

I can't imagine those skinny brehs who put in years of work and barely get any great gains.

This is why I truly understand why people juice.

I also cannot imagine trying to get in shape in my 30s and 40s..:mjcry:

Yes but those people look like shytt even on gear, coz they're innately lazy.

Steroids work wonders for guys who are already at the threshold of their physiological limits and wanna go to the next level.

I've seen a lot of cats who've been juicing for years but look like shyt.

This x10. I'm not looking to hate on OP, but I always don't want to lie to people who may or may not have body issues. Be healthy, run, lift till failure and eat a regulated caloric diet. I would never recommend gear unless you're pushing 40 and see some VERY noticeable muscle loss...Women are gonna swoon for you if you have charm and confidence, not a six pack. Also keep in mind, that you're more than likely not gonna get the types of women you want, just because you hit heavy weight, the law averages applies, you're statistically gonna run into average looking women, more so than 8's, 9's, and 10's.


Women do care about looks.

A woman has to be somewhat physically attracted to you. Having a good body is a way to to grow her physical attraction to you, if you are ugly.

can you gain muscle in 3 months ?

If you're around 16-24 or so you can, depending on how ready your body is and your own personal biology. When I joined my college football team at 17, I put on over 20 pounds of muscle in the first three months just cause I was exposed to a college weightlifting program for the first time (with some mass gain due to creatine). I think added maybe 40-50 pounds to my bench press and 80 pounds to my squats. Those gains continued pretty easily through the next year until I got injured.

First off..its the food..the diet. Cardio and calisthenics can get you looming like that. Consistency. How much do you want it? Motherfukkers can buckle down for 3 months and change their stomach and arms.

Yep..find a legit YouTube channel that shows different cardio, bodyweight exercises, free weights for a hr and a half session. Cardio is the key to showing that stomach definition with lean protein intake.
