yeah bro there has been uproar about the side effects. creatine is actually naturally in the body and too much will make you start involuntarily soiling yourself.

incontinence is no joke.

:mjlol: There's so much bullshyt coming out of your brain ITT.

Unless you have some sort of underlying medical issue, creatine will not cause incontinence in otherwise healthy folks.

Also, the amount of creatine created in the body is useless for the purposes of improved performance, so supplementation would be the only way to see those benefits.

What part of doing cardio and lifting weights and eating clean/healthy for at roast 6 - 8 months is EASY? :francis:
The hardest part of that is eating at a sustained caloric deficit with high protein levels. Realistically you only need like 3-5 hours a week in the gym.

Other than that, yeah it’s pretty easy. Unless you have loose skin or some shyt.

My abs have disappeared recently. For some fukked reason I couldn't train for over a month and a half, but I was doing a lot of Cardio and went down 2 two meals a day.... Guess what, that shyt wasn't enough... I now have to go back to my regular gym regiment and my last meal of the day will consist of boiled vegetables.

Again the Cardio I was doing for that month and a half was very intense. Yet not enough to weigh what I weigh and look how I look.

So if you can specify your height and your weight and post a few pics, then I can see what merit this 3-5 hours a week theory has.

I workout way more than I used to nowadays, but I’m also 20lbs heavier because my diet went to shyt.

But here is me at 190 6’ - I used to train 3-5x a week on average always 45-1hr workouts. It’s not that hard if you’re purposeful and know what you’re doing. I don’t even have good genetics. I didn’t take any protein either just ate at around 2000-1900 cals a day.

It can be done pretty easily if you’re consistent.

It depends on what you want...

If you want to shred, you gonna have to max out intensity wise...or cut calories further...

On my days off I'm doing at least 3 hours with 2 dedicated to cardio as a baseline...

You gonna have to take it there if you trying to shred for real

I think y’all are still getting the terminology and intent sideways. The path and methods to get there aren’t complex thus easy. The work isn’t “easy” but you also don’t have to kill your self. The discipline to pull all that together is definitely not easy. Nobody is saying you (or anyone) isn’t busting their ass to get there.

i am trying to help you bro, take small doses only please. we have creatine in our body anyway you dont want to excess or OD and cause internal organ discomfort. a lot of these bodybuilder heads are leaking.

definitely no bootleg Ukrainian supplement boost lol. we have that already in our system best go to the doctor for just a routine check up and tell him or her about your supplements just to make sure its not ODing in your system.
