Dude probably been working out for 10 years.
Your best bet is to get a personal trainer, or follow one of them youtubers like pump chasers, and do what he recommends.
I imagine he doesn’t mean the work is easy but that once you get dialed in the process becomes easy/achievable. The work is never easy, we all know that.Breh I run 5km/3.1miles EVERY morning on a fast. My time ranges from 20-22minutes, then continue to do another chilled 5km/3mile run under 25 min.
Other days it's sprints.
This is all before I even go to the gym, where I'll still do some row machine and stationary bike.
All in the name of Cardio.
I can't imagine anyone saying this stuff is easy. I'd love to see some pics.
I currently weight 90KG/198lbs.
Bulky and muscular, if I didn't do all that Cardio, I wouldn't be able to have a somewhat visible 6pack.
A lot of PTs ain’t worth the spend. Definitely not initially.Dude probably been working out for 10 years.

There’s no need to go super hard on cardio. A nice comfortable run that gets you sweating at least 45mins 5 times a week will get your goal. Yall keep coming up with these excuses to stay
The body in the OP doesn’t really look that big. A natural lifter can get that easily. It’ll take time but it’s attainable

And I think I’m far from brolic
Yep people think roids can make up for shytty genetics and work out/diet habits

they can mask some of it to an extent but like we always say. If you want to get your money’s worth you need to have your nutrition in check. I personally think people put too much into workout programming and not enough into diet.
