The body in the OP doesn’t really look that big. A natural lifter can get that easily. It’ll take time but it’s attainable
Easily?.... What do you mean EASILY breh.

There's no decent looking physique that can be attained EASILY.

What part of doing cardio and lifting weights and eating clean/healthy for at roast 6 - 8 months is EASY? :francis:

Might be difficult for some, but I enjoy going to gym, lifting weights, running and watching my food intake. Feels good as fukk and better than being an inactive fat slob eating junk food everyday and feeling like shyt. That’s just me tho :hubie:

Fax.

Truth is the vast majority of human beings don't have a good physique at all. If it were easy, everyone would.
The picture in the OP is a top top level body composition. Most people in this thread are not that lean.

Even for someone like me, who has been lifting for a looooong time and has competed, i'm not currently as lean as that picture, and I workout/cardio 10x a week.

Nothing easy about attaining a top level physique.

A lot of variables but I’m with you that it’s doable. 6-9 months maybe not but 12-18 if they don’t have to shed a lot of body fat :manny:

Yeah his physique is impressive but it’s not super swole mr Olympia type body. It’s very low body fat and lean muscle. A serious two year dedication of cutting, lean bulking and cutting some more will get you there.

Cardio is hard. Unless you're those "jogger" types.

If you're doing timed 3mile runs or sprints, I can't imagine that being fun for anyone.

I'm sure there's aspect of training that are enjoyable. But as a person who trains and runs daily, the world EASY would never pop up in my lexicon

Agreed

A lot of times people put too short a window on it:

3 months: No
6 months: No
9-12: Maybe
12-24: Likely

Then your point, the enjoying the quality meals, improved sleep, activity, etc. makes more standard and less a burden.

Cardio is hard, but once I’m in the groove when on the treadmill and music playing on my earphones, it’s very relaxing and enjoyable and the endorphins after that is :ahh:

Anyway nothing in life worth getting is easy. You gotta put the work in.

Breh I run 5km/3.1miles EVERY morning on a fast. My time ranges from 20-22minutes, then continue to do another chilled 5km/3mile run under 25 min.
Other days it's sprints.

This is all before I even go to the gym, where I'll still do some row machine and stationary bike.
All in the name of Cardio.

I can't imagine anyone saying this stuff is easy. I'd love to see some pics.

I currently weight 90KG/198lbs.

Bulky and muscular, if I didn't do all that Cardio, I wouldn't be able to have a somewhat visible 6pack.

There’s no need to go super hard on cardio. You’ll just burn out and be discouraged. A nice comfortable run that gets you sweating at least 45mins 5 times a week will get you to your goal. Yall keep coming up with these excuses to stay :flabbynsick:
