As @Killigraphy has already stated, you wont gain much muscle while attempting to lean out that much unless you take gear, or you just keep at it for a very very long time.


Remember, water weight is the easiest to gain and easiest to lose.
Fat is 2nd
And muscle is 3rd. Its the hardest to gain and lose


This x10. I'm not looking to hate on OP, but I always don't want to lie to people who may or may not have body issues. Be healthy, run, lift till failure and eat a regulated caloric diet. I would never recommend gear unless you're pushing 40 and see some VERY noticeable muscle loss...Women are gonna swoon for you if you have charm and confidence, not a six pack. Also keep in mind, that you're more than likely not gonna get the types of women you want, just because you hit heavy weight, the law averages applies, you're statistically gonna run into average looking women, more so than 8's, 9's, and 10's.

If you had just listened to my advice and focused on diet you’d have lost 8-12lbs of fat by now :ufdup:

At this rate you finna be wearing a t shirt to the pool in during holiday in July :ufdup:

I don’t measure myself every week. Last time I measured was more than a month ago and I’ve define lost some weight but I still use the 200lbs figure. A mirror is what is use :manny:

Funny part is that when you you look at the video you can see difference between that and the still photo. Dude is lean and all credit to him but people gotta stop chasing photos the model prepped themselves for……….

That’s the look I want, although I wouldn’t call it “hairdresser physique”. I’m not interested in looking brolic or swole, just super lean with a great muscle definition. The type the females swoon over.
Work on your wallet and more women will swoon over you.

But get in great shape for yourself and not women. That will help you sustain motivation and discipline better.
