I think the bottom half of that statement is the important part though..
And I do think wrestling blurring lines between reality and fantasy does make these conversations a bit weird. We watched JBL play a Mexican hating red neck on tv, while in reality it was an actual Latino male (Eddie Guerrero) who even came up with it. Using “well he called Booker T ghetto while playing a villain on the show!” conflates the conversation. The focus should be solely on the fact that the actual person (not the tv character) is in charge now and doing piss poor job handling black talent. Don’t lose sight of that with tv characters doing what they’re scripted to do lol

But I do think it’s more than fair to question the lack of direction for the black talent on his main roster. I think Triple H is doing us a big disservice right now and it’s super obvious. They need to right these wrongs. I’m a WWE fan and like what they’re doing, but we all doing ourselves and our peoples a disservice if we don’t hold homie over the fire for this shyt. They could absolutely be doing way more and they’re too comfortable in not doing enough right now

But it was more than likely that he would've been what he always was. A highlight reel and midcard stepping stone (sounds alot like Kofi and best case scenario for Montez)
