A lot of what we keep seeing/hearing is that there won't be any sort of regulatory issues with this sale, that MS doesn't have anywhere near a market leadership, let alone a monopoly, and that any sort of regulatory investigations into this are all a formality, but suddenly people want to say MS has to make a statement about CoD out of fear of the FTC or regulators?
