Everyone should be levelling up but the point is you can be as skilled as ever, if you aren’t getting the opportunity what’s the fukking point?

I been in tech for decades. It’s highly racist. If you’re black you need to be exceptional or you will not last…that’s even I’d you get a chance in the first place.

As we seee more Indians and Chinese getting hiring manager roles, black folk will have to work even harder as in the pure technical areas you need to fit in and if you black you’re not fitting in with a team of Asians. So you are going to have a harder time.
