This won’t significantly hurt who they intend for it to hurt in large numbers.

Karen is going to be crying because Bubba with barely more than a high school degree is jumping over her for a job that Bubba is obviously not qualified for.

This is nothing more than a way to justify good old boy White men to get fast tracked to leadership roles and positions they aren’t qualified to do (the good old boy system). They’re the true DEI hires.

I'm going to still try to jump to tech because I feel I can effectively double my salary but it really
needs to be stated that the mediocre white dudes cheering this on who couldn't even finish a
degree at University of Phoenix have totally lost the plot.


They need to understand that, that was NEVER going to be an option for them.
Like, they couldn't even finish an Engineering program at their state university now they're
hoping that "school" and "university" and "certifications" one of the staples of the new world
will just go away for a "handshake"/"backdoor" type environment.

DEI going away will never bring that shyt back, good luck beating the Asians whippin' yall cracker asses
intellectually at every institution nationwide.

Look at how all those unqulalified white pople got jobs in Trump's cabinet. White people view this as how things should be. Removing DEI just restores the old boys club and white mediocrity that will now be unchallenged. They needed to get rid of DEI in order for them to survive.

All the times I have interviewed at Google and Amazon, it was always a white person interviewing me. Furthermore, when I compare my credentials with theirs on Linkedin, I was right there with them, I even learned two cloud platforms, why they just learned AWS, I never made it passed the first round of interview :francis: DEI my ass

Only problem is that doesn't really exist in tech.

Those firms can afford to be highly selective and pick the world's best talent.

This is why white people are so upset that there's so many asians in just about every high paying field
and on every world class campus.

From MIT to Standford to Berkeley to USC etc.

The "never achieved much" type of white boy is dying inside knowing he is not "superior" just by birthright.

Any company who wants to make sure they continue to have any chance at winning federal contracts will need to kiss the ring. You're talking multi-billion dollar contracts in some cases. If there's any ounce of DEI anywhere in your company policy you can bet Trump and his people will make sure you never get awarded a federal contract. No hard feelings, it's just business.

This is the result of not establishing Black enterprises that are not reliant on White consumers..but then again, that is easier said than done.
White businesses with the backing of the federal govt made Black enterprise hard, so Black people do not become independent economically to keep them tethered to White and Jew owned businesses. Black people couldnt even get distributiont to move their own music.

I mean in America that is simply a pipe dream, it is never happening.

We're in a global world now, so Black Americans need to adapt to that and move away from any kind of idealistic company building involving being independent from these highly complex supply chains.

Even these larger institutions are feeling the might of China as they propose tariffs and restrict materials to the west.

No one is immune.
