People can complain about DEI all they want but inclusion involves the disabled, less disadvantaged in society, equal pay for women, etc because historically, inequality has been a problem for so long and there's still discrimination in a lot of industries today. It's a male dominated world.

Bob Hooker Not an AI @bobhooker.bsky.social
The US Federal government has very limited powers to tell people how to run their businesses and from my own experience I have found DEI is good business.
The GOP can no longer say it is Pro-Business.

It started with federal workers. Now, he will come after the private and non-profit sector to do the same. Make it easy to get rid of people of color and women in leadership positions or who hold high salary positions.

Fascist states develop their authoritative practices over a period of time.
The American one has just started.
Crime/violence/mob rule/fraud/blackmail are now all valid legal / political practices across the board.
Industries need to be careful or they WILL go the way of hostile takeover

Sure they can say that to cover their ass, but we all know that now they will be off the hook next time they get slammed with a discrimination lawsuit.

This is my view. They will eventually capitulate because "cash rules everything around me. Dolla dolla bill y'all."

I work for a large financial firm that has a robust DEI program. It’s had a positive impact on my career and relationship with my colleagues and I’m an older, cisgender, white male. If the public actually understood what participating in a DEI program actually entailed, they would be pro-DEI.

So true but because MAGA thinks it’s just for Black and Brown people they actually believe it won’t affect them! Especially YT women Smdh !
Can’t make this stuff up. #votedaginstyourself #Fafo season is coming soon.

Isn't that the baseline for white supremacy? Lol
The entire white supremacist system is built on protecting the mediocrity of white people and whiteness as a construct.
It's why every time progress is made, they move the goal post..

I bet there's a hell of ALOT of White Women who help run these banks
bc White Women are the #1 beneficiaries of DEI initiatives
this is why I don't understand why the majority of White Women are silent on these attacks
I guess they believe these attacks are only going to hurt us
