i don't give a damn about anybody agreeing with me. i'm not some soft fakkit looking to build consensus.

i know what i deserve. most importantly, i know me getting it doesn't hinge on a temporary program that was put in place as a response to george floyd's murder.

and you've been talking about hurting and killing cacs since the election, and probably haven't even had so much as a verbal confrontation with a crakkka. why don't you get off the keyboard, go outside, look a white man in his eye, and then punish him? but we both know the chances of that happening are the same as superman flying in this room i'm sitting in, and me donning my own red cape and flying back out with him lol

So basically, bootstraps mantra while most other blacks suffer because you think that they are "soft" and "lazy" :unimpressed:

i done checked more CACs in my life and even cussed them out on lack of effort than you ever did. You the type to snitch on another black person because you want an extrap perk or some special attention from those heathens :hhh:

"OH im ready" head azz when you barely have scraps to begin with. You just want other blacks to suffer with you so that you aint lonely.

I'm pleased, and tremendously proud, I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. On both sides of my family. From gas stations, to nightclubs, to gov't subcontractors, etc. Because of them I've been able to go through my adult life dealing with white people as little as possible. And it's been like that since I was 18 and a freshman at my Beloved SCSU. So I don't look for perks from crakkkas.

It's a shame you grew up in chicago, and none of the NOI's "Do For Self" rubbed off on you or anyone around you. You grew up in probably the center of Black political activity and got nothing at all from it. You might as well have grown up in the middle of bumfukk Idaho somewhere.

I didn't call Black people lazy or soft. That's a disgusting crakkka tactic to ascribe to me words I didn't say because you're losing a messageboard debate lol. I don't blame Black people for white people doing what white people are going to do. But I do blame Blacks of a certain age who should've educated themselves on what's going on and why, and acting accordingly. We were told over 100 years ago that these days were coming. No need lashing out at other Black people for telling the truth about it.

I hope the people reading this pay attention so they'll understand why, when talking subjects of a political nature, it's crucial to talk to, and listen to people with a serious grasp of what's truly going on, and not some c*nt who's upset over a lost election and is now doing everything he can to convince himself and others on a messageboard that he's Nat Turner.

We've been fairly cordial up till now, that's over with. Your last sentence tells me how sad you really are. I'm not lonely at all, but I believe you are. That's why you've been on here since the election talking about violence you're not even going to begin to carry out, except on the keyboard.

I grew up in NY, I went to an HBCU and graduated with a double major with a 3.25 GPA, I co owned a golf supply center with another black man, I work in state government, I never kiss ass, and even handle a bunch of people below me in a white collar professional environment. I aint with the back and forth assumptions of portraying blacks as subconsciously inferior to whites; it's our God given right to have the 1964 Civil Rights act. I know for a fact that a lot of these bootstraps brehs misinterpreted message from black leaders and assume the worst out of their own people. All this tough rah rah conservative stances, while those same people making backhand deals with actual white supremacists to "teach those liberal blacks a lesson" is a case of c00nery.

Now i know you said we had to get prepared for a future where Jim Crow going to return, but you in the sunken place where you think it's the black mans destiny to not be in positions of power, and to be lowly employees or low budget entrepreneurs. I'm the type to get people OUT of mental slavery, while you tell people its OK to be one step from chattel slavery.

your God given rights weren't tied to a Civil Rights bill. that's why they're called "God given." you were born with those rights.

as to the bolded, i didn't say any of this, so i don't know where you got that from.

i believe in Black Nationalism and all that entails, so the rest of that shyt you said about what you mistakenly thought "I believe" is just some more bullshyt you came up with in your head.

we're done here. when you start lying and making shyt up that's when i check out. i expect that from a crakkka, but i'd at least hope for an honest dialogue with another Black man, even if we disagreee. that's a disgusting tactic. you can go ahead and have the last word, i won't be responding to you anymore. and do me a personal favor man, and never quote me again. i don't debate with liars.

Liars? You indirectly supported the biggest one (Trump) and leech on to black grifters' messages of division.

People can complain about DEI all they want but inclusion involves the disabled, less disadvantaged in society, equal pay for women, etc because historically, inequality has been a problem for so long and there's still discrimination in a lot of industries today. It's a male dominated world.

The US Federal government has very limited powers to tell people how to run their businesses and from my own experience I have found DEI is good business.

The GOP can no longer say it is Pro-Business.

It started with federal workers. Now, he will come after the private and non-profit sector to do the same. Make it easy to get rid of people of color and women in leadership positions or who hold high salary positions.

Fascist states develop their authoritative practices over a period of time.

The American one has just started.

Crime/violence/mob rule/fraud/blackmail are now all valid legal / political practices across the board.

Industries need to be careful or they WILL go the way of hostile takeover

I work for a large financial firm that has a robust DEI program. It’s had a positive impact on my career and relationship with my colleagues and I’m an older, cisgender, white male. If the public actually understood what participating in a DEI program actually entailed, they would be pro-DEI.

It's clear DEI is necessary, and just outright UNFAIR, yes UNFAIR advantage needs to be given to black folks SPECIFICALLY. The Civil Rights movement is younger than a lot of our parents. Let that sink in.
God do I hate living in this country. I am trying everything I can to make an exit and stay the farthest away from these rotten crackers.

NEW YORK (AP) — Costco shareholders rejected a proposal urging the wholesale club operator to evaluate any risks posed by its diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

According to preliminary results shared by Costco executives at its annual meeting Thursday, more than 98% of shares voted against the proposal.

The National Center for Public Policy Research, a conservative think tank based in Washington, had submitted the proposal, arguing that Costco’s DEI initiatives hold “litigation, reputational and financial risks to the company, and therefore financial risks to shareholders.”

The think tank has made a similar proposal to Apple, and like some American companies that already scaled back or retreated from their diversity policies, cited a U.S. Supreme Court decision in July 2023 that outlawed affirmative action in college admissions. But Costco’s board of directors voted unanimously to ask shareholders to reject the motion. The board said it believes “our commitment to an enterprise rooted in respect and inclusion is appropriate and necessary. The report requested by this proposal would not provide meaningful additional information.”
