I cant disagree with this at all. I think any player can be a great post player if they worked on it.
Mark Jackson was one of the best "small" post players I have ever seen. So good that they had to create a new rule for it.
yeah, I agree with this. In fact I think McHale was better as a low post scorer. Hakeem was amazing but McHale had so many post moves and counter moves that it was impossible to stop.
That ninja was trash, so overrated for backing down Charlie Ward and Chris Childs, taking up 20 of the 24 clock to throw up some bs.
One thing about McHale, he knew how to flash to the post and be ready for the entry pass. He wasn't the strongest guy, so he couldn't just bogart position in the lane, but he knew how to pick his spots to dart into position. Durant could definitely do that.
