electro is about as big as a jobber as anyone and he looked like a serious threat.

They did a shytty job with manderin...ronan is not a b lister and they nerfed him...and no crimson dynamo...but other "ironmen".

So..theyve either chosen b-list rouges or nerfed down a listers

Yea but think about how much emphasis that puts on Thanos when they finally DO encounter a dude that's not to be fukked with. :whoa:

I agree with this thread. "Winter Solider" was good until it turn into Brokeback Winter Solider at the end. "Thanos" was cool for the 2 minutes we've seen him. I've been very underwhelmed by Mavel's villans. How could anyone give Ronan a pass? He was weak. A real villian would never let someone dance in front of them. Vader would of choked the sh!t out of StarLord, lol.

One could easily say a real villain would never be facing the entrance way of a door and let someone on a loud bike come in and shoot them or let someone snap their neck. Especially when they are supposed to be some trained and created super soldiers over a person that just really learned their powers and got into their 1st fight ever.

Anything can get picked apart

Winter Soldier didn't get chumped out at the end, though :mjlol:

Regardless of the fact it was Catwoman that done it, taking a missile to the chest is a hardcore way to go out.... Winter Soldier pretty much simped into Bucky mode instead.

Of course he would!!

Duh cuz:

*He was a human and would recognize that silliness
*He actually has that power of the force to do that (I mean really other that sword fight that's all we really cinematically know he can do)
*He's not as arrogant as most villains are when it comes to power and knows when to flee ala the ep 3

I'm sorry but "the force" isn't in Marvels "DISNEY FAMILY WORLD" and to my knowledge Ronan doesn't have that power and is not a Jedi.

He's a Kree! An alien to humans who has no idea of human acts and honestly had no idea of what Star Lord was trying to do.

Let's take into account that he as stated several times he already beat the shyt out it and damn near killed their stronger team member, then he later got hit with a bomb that destroys moons. At this point he knew he was by far overpowered and had no true fear of danger.

Hell Star Lord knew that, that's why he had to do something silly to puzzle Ronan just to give them a few moments to come up with another plan (stall tactic).

Oh and btw, say if it was Vader! And he did indeed go the choking route. We all seen how long it takes for him to choke someone and the attention he puts on it. More than likely he too would've ended the same way cuz it's still stalling for the team to create that weapon and aim at the staff thing

Because... ONE, he wasn't the MAIN VILLAIN... Robert Redford's character was, and that character was so lame that I done even remember that character's NAME.

2ND, he was BARELY IN IT!! Like 10 minutes of movie time he was in that 2 hour PLUS film! He BARELY even spoken like 5 lines total in the ENTIRE film. Yes, he had POTENTIAL and MARVEL tried to highlight him as "that dude".. but lets be serious here, this movie would of went EXACTLY how it went without him even in it at all, and he was barely in it to begin with anyway.

3RD and last.... You cannot be a VILLAIN and a VICTIM at the same time. He was being brainwashed and USED. Not only that Captain America HELD BACK. Even Black Widow was holding her own well against Winter Soldier. Not to diminish the film itself, because it was dope AF, but seriously... if the BEST Marvel could do was THAT then they are seriously hurting in true formidable villains

Read my post properly and look up the word "formidable". The Winter Soldier was entirely that and also a tragic villain in the film :snoop:.

I think you rented the wrong movie or something because I dunno how anything in that movie can be misconstrued as Brokeback anything. :what:

It's a joke about Cap and Bucky's sudden love affair at the end. Also to Bryan, the Vader choking Starkiller was just joke but it did accent a point that Ronan just wasn't intimidating.

Yea, it's splitting hairs... but if Hydra has compromised SHIELD for decades, then it is impossible to make out who is who. Especially when both are seeking for the virtual same agenda. Keep in mind Fury, himself, green-lit the program for those hovercraft weaponized surveillance drones for the exact reasons. So, they ARE one and the same hence having the entire SHIELD to be shut down.

I can't agree that HYDRA and SHIELD are the exact same. SHIELD agents are/were working for their own initiative. But I see what your saying...a few bad apples spoiled the bunch.

Just read on wiki that SHIELD was shut down and then restarted with a different acronym. They're probably going to reach for that next.
