You could probably get it down to 7k. Won't tell you what to do, but IMO ya'll should split finances on this. Does she work? That sounds about right to me. I think we spent around 12. If you want a nice place, food, dj, flowers, wedding dress, and all that other stuff then yeah get ready to break bread. I was gonna try to convince my wife to do the justice of the peace but my dad talked me outta that. Just don't have 15 bridesmaids and groomsman.
