We're going back in May:mjcry:

Damn breh, you might be able to stay home if you have an underlying condition. I was sent home a week before the rest of my office team because they found out about my underlying condition.

The thing is my condition is quite serious and Covid could probably take out of the game for real so I gotta be more careful than others.

I was working from home a few days a week before covid anyway same with the mrs. Covid made it full time but after lockdown my manager doesn't expect us to be back in the office this year. I actually don't mind going in 1 or 2 days a week tbh. Remote working is cool but I enjoy getting out meeting people and sometimes even the commute can be cool. I prefer to call it remote working than wfh. Essentially work from anywhere. Wfh makes those old folks uncomfortable. I can definitely never work full time i an office though. That's done and has been for years.

We are just on 1 day mandatory right now. I go in twice just because there are items I need to be in office for. Partners say will likely keep it this way until July.

We never had remote days so hoping once back to normal that we can flex a day or two a week. I put in more time at home as I start when I would have technically been on the train.

I went back into the office this week, I was mad af. I was actually more productive at home. The drive luckily isn't bad since it's a closer location, but it's pointless since I don't even interact with anyone else on my team. I got my new workflow down now, but its pointless being there.

Been at home since last March and it is looking like it will be permanent aside from having to travel for work. For what i do, my day to day activities does not require me to be in a cubicle, as do many others as well.

What do you have, if you don't mind saying.

I had a collapsed lung when I was 20, was in the hospital for 2 weeks. Totally unexpected, after the first week the lung the situation didn't get better so the hospital reached out to a Lung Specialist in Toronto to fix things. Had to stay the extra week in the hospital also had to have a tube in me the whole time draining bloody water from my lungs.

I do have asthma too, had that since I was a kid and every other year or so during the winter I get like lung inflammation bronchitis type stuff. The cold weather here in the Greater Toronto Area ain't good for me.

I work in the Financial District of Toronto, but once my firm heard about the lung issue they packed me up the same day and sent me a computer monitor in the mail. I don't think they would have wanted to be responsible if Covid took me out cause I was commuting each day on the train and around lots of people at the office.
