Ur right but us black men as a collective don't treat black women the best nor do we do right by our children nor do we do right by other black men. We don't help each other out enough. Also black women don't do right enough to other black women. Our people come off as disloyal and treasonous. We also have too much self hatred and we put white folks especially basic, average and below average white folks on a pedestal.

Idk if I agree with that breh. I think American men/ blk American men are some of the most egalitarian men. I haven’t seen other men praise women as much as we do… “Queen” “the blk woman is god” “protect blk women” “big mama” etc
Other men are hard on their women—African and Caribbean men for sure. They have set rules… there’s very little debate about roles or what she wants. Outside USA I don’t see men really trynna uplift women or uplift their women.
Kids… once again, I think blk American men are a lot more affectionate, loving, and expressive with their kids compared to non American men—in general… unless they got some turmoil they dealing with. Blk men just be accepting too much non sense and over look a lot of signs when dealing with women—too many excuses made for hoes. So blk men clean up women’s messes (Savin hoes when they’re poorly behaved)
Here in USA it’s pretty much unacceptable to say, “I’m the man of the house” that ain’t common to hear or say.
But that’s a given outside USA… delivery man come to your house in DR they expect the man to be head of the household.
