What percentage of black women want thugs?

In general, I don’t think most want a thug—someone who’s been in and out of jail—DV charges, assault charges, drug cases, etc.

I’d say 10-up to maybe 20%

Most women like someone who is strong, confident, decisive, assertive, bold and lets his nuts hang… that doesn’t equate to thug… imo…they might like an edge too but that doesn’t mean thug

They’ve also set up camp in academia and administrative jobs (HR for instance). That’s not stopping anytime soon as men are pushed out of those fields. And it becomes a vicious cycle where boys are pushed out of school at young ages too by over zealous women administrators and teachers who want to neuter them, over correct them, etc. Not just black boys. There is nothing wrong with venting, however, venting without an interest in positive resolutions creates an environment of self-loathing and hateful rhetoric. The problem with these discussions is that a lot of you guys hold personal resentment and contempt for Black women due to personal experiences within your lives that these threads are never made in good faith but rather a circle jerk to “vent” with each other and further spew disparaging manifestations about your counterpart, our counterpart, Black women.

See, a lot of you guys, as I've been saying lately, have underlying feelings of guilt for the things you have done or didn't do throughout your lives that might've had negative consequences for the relationships within your communities and family, among other things, including failed and/or tension-filled relationships, platonically and romantically with Black women.

Instead of facing these internal issues within your souls, many of you chose to compartmentalize these thoughts, past, and future actions to justify and, in some ways, convince yourselves that you're a victim of neglect when the truth is, you're not innocent, neither am I, a lot of you and possibly even myself are just as responsible for the state of the community but are not emotionally capable of accepting part of the burden because mentally it's too much to bare.

Black women are not the reason why I or even some of you, maybe many of you are in the current situations in life that you are in today, the day when Black men decide to stop running from themselves and face these internal issues from within, will be the day when many can finally have a clear conscience and build for their community, their families, etc.
