no, that's on you, dude.

look up pac's rap sheet and see if what you wrote matches what you said.

Tupac Shakur - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The shooting of the off duty police officers came around the time of the second album.

I was right about everything else.

2Pacalypse Now dropped November 1991
Juice dropped January 1992

So I was right about that too.

Let me know when you find those "facts" though.

"Flesh of my Flesh" was a solid sophomore release. About 4 MICS. It's better than "And Then There was X". It's just that his debut was still being felt at the time "Flesh" dropped that it still out shinned it. "Slippin" was the only single but it was a Classic song and a deep song and capped off the year for X. But "Flesh" still got love, the only criticism is that Swizz was on it too much of the production this time It was like he replaced Dame Grease for Swizz when Swizz only had one beat on his debut. But the album is still very good. There's just more horrorcore elements lyrically:

I thought the production was a noticeable drop in quality. I do agree that Slippin is a classic song. That's basically the only memorable song at this point though. The subject matter and rhymes decreased in quality as well. It was clear he put all his best shyt on the first album and then had to scramble to come up with shyt for the second album.

Still - at the time - there were a few joints on there I enjoyed.

Ya nikkas still arguing about this? DMX did not rule with an Iron Fist, but he was definitely the leading act with the jigga man and Eminem closely behind.

Eminem? He wasn't elite in 98. I copped the Just Don't Give a fukk single and taped some of his other shyt off the wake up show - but he was subterranean at that point. I forget when Hi My Name Is dropped? Was that 98 or 99? The album dropped early 99 I think.

Ok they both were doing their thing but dmx was a rookie who took the whole game n shook it with idahih..I remember ruff Ryder anthems was gettin played heavy get at me dogs n lol that's when alotta bloods started repoint more when they seen that ruff Ryder's anthem video :beli:... But I gotta give it to the x c'mon he was being featured a lot for a reason : because he was the hottest in 98 jayz did it big too but money cash hoes featuring DMX helped him heavy so stop frontin u jay z Stan's damnnn ya never can be wrong:lolbron:

My man first off I never wrote that dmx featured on hkl helped him sell more .. All I'm tryin to tell u is that dmx the rookie was getting featured more for a reason because : HE WAS THE HOTTEST AT THAT TIME ..I'm not a dmx Stan I like hip hop not no jay z Stan like u been showin on these forums so fall back I'm just makin a point:whoa:

So "Money Cash Hoes helped Jay heavy" but it didn't "help him sell more"? How exactly did it help him then?

I aint running away from shyt. The nikka almost pushed plat with his second album the first week and became the 2nd rapper after Pac to make history. How is that NOT a homerun? Cotdamn you nikkas need internet access literally thrown in the bushes:why:

Because it wasn't a good album. A meh album can't be a home run. :snoop:

Not gonna to lie......I think DMX was the reason why white people got into Hip-Hop, not Eminem...it was DMX all along. I remember white folks played the shyt out of DMX albums and saw almost all of them white folks have DMX albums.

:stopitslime: fukk u mean? it's ten times better than that shyt

:rudy: Reasonable doubt didn't become a classic until Jay said so. It was a solid album in '96 and its still a solid album. IDAHIH>

Jay was rhyming on a level well above DMX on RD. IDAHIH was a great album, DMX's best without doubt. But X was never an elite lyricist, so the work of an elite lyricist will always stand head and shoulders above.

Nobody said RD was a classic in 96 because people didn't care about that shyt back then. Albums were good or bad. RD was considered good. And it has stood the test of time.

True - white people didn't listen to rap before X. :snoop:

It don't matter who was rhyming better all that matters is IDAHIH is a better album. Infact Doggystyle & The Chronic shyt on Camammal's discography also :krs:
