this is why i said LeBron needs to be in uncle drew two.

Then you can bring in the space jam concept.
for the third movie and the cgi mj to help them win.

space jam 2 will never work without uncle drew.

the only problem with this is even back then bird was calling MJ "God on a basketball court" :skip:

haha no doubt that was '86 mike. can you imagine? he was a kid who just actually took a loss but larry legend had no qualms about subjugating himself and giving ultimate respect

The best parts of these threads are people acting like Space Jam is some classic that doesn't deserve to be sullied.

nikka, that shyt was a 2 hour sneaker commercial :mjlol:. And I say that as someone who loved it as a kid and was literally introduced to basketball by it. One of my earliest memories was seeing it in theaters.
It doesn’t need to be made because kids don’t have a reference point to the Looney Tunes

This is just a pure and blatant money grab

at least if the Original Space Jam was full of fan service

:mjlol: You can say the EXACT same thing in the 90s too, breh. All them damn Looney Tunes cartoons we saw growing up were 30, 40 year old reruns that still air to this day. There are NEW Looney Tunes cartoons that air prime time on Cartoon Network and have been for the last decade.

shyt, for people my age Space Jam was our introduction to Looney Tunes
