The reality is, women can say "what they won't do", but until they're in that situation, they truly don't know.
Also, let's be extremely real here...it depends on the caliber of man who's cheating on her and how much value she places on her relationship with said man.
Example 1:
- Regular guy with regular job and regular status cheats on chick. She thinks she can do better than staying with said guy because he's cheating on her and she can at least find another regular guy like him who won't cheat on her. Because regular guys are a dime a dozen. She leaves him and doesn't look back.
Example 2:
- Great guy with great job/business that generates great money and has great status cheats on chick. She KNOWS that she cannot do better than this guy even if she puts on the brave face to her friends, family and The Coli. After experiencing life with this great guy, she doesn't want to go back to dating regular guys and KNOWS FOR A FACT that her man is rare. She also knows that each day she is getting older and her chances of finding AND keeping a guy like this are dwindling each day. As a result, she swallows her pride and stays with him.
It happens all day, everyday. The reality is, a man of great status can do things with and to a woman that a regular guy can't. That includes cheating on her and she takes him back.
Hisorical examples include kings, presidents, tyc00ns and even quality black men with "good jobs."

And you didn't even mention another point, that if the guy in Example 2 is truly remorseful and commited to change. A lot of women (not all) will take him back.

The thing is he more than likely won't change because he knows she'll just take him back. She'll just end up in the same situation over and over again. Y'all are talking like men cheat one time and never do it again. Especially a guy that thinks like the dude whose post you quoted. "a man of great status can do things with and to a woman that a regular guy can't". sounds like a guy that will continue to cheat when you take him back

I've never cheated, even though pretty close before, thanks to the crew i run with they helped make sure it didn't happen. otherwise I was a few shot's away from probably making the worst mistake of my life.


Would that have made me a bad guy all of a sudden?


I don't even put myself in situations like that anymore.... But just because someone cheated or messed up once doesn't mean its gonna happen again.


But you have to know who you dealing with, and if they will be in a situation where the same thing can happen over and over again.
