Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
If you ever watched Bosch on Amazon, it its some beautiful scenery in the Hollywood Hills. Normal ppl aint living there. My favorite cities that normal ppl with good 6fig salaries or combined salaries with a spouse can live are Lakewood, Cerritos, definitely some beautiful spots in Downtown Long Beach and around Bixby Knolls and Signal Hill. Some good spots in Inglewood.

Manhattan Beach is cool. In OC Newport Beach and Huntington Beach are incredible. Its little pockets of beauty all over so cal. Just that its way too many gangs to keep track of. And the mexican gangs are racist as hell. And the homelessness is getting out of hand.

LA os a commuter city. A lot of ppl that work in LA, live over an hour away. Fontana. San Bernardino. Way too many spot to mention.

Long Beach is big as hell. Any city in So Cal that have their own PD is going to be affluent in certain areas.

Downey and Norwalk are cool too

What’s that show about?

What about Ray Donovan. That show is around LA too
I use to fukk with it, but really don't remember much of it. Just the characters, not the scenery.

After I saw White Men cant jump, I had to see Venice Beach. Its a shame how they let it fall off

Thats what made me get into movie a tv locations.

That movie Takers with Chris Brown got some dope scenes. Shows how they built up the staples center area

I heard historically, the Eastside of LA is more blue collar, while the west side is more affluent. Most of the old factories and industrial areas of LA were on the east side. That’s why many parts of the eastside have an Eastcoast-feeling of grime and decay, while the west side is slightly newer and polished and affluent. The west side has a more stereotypical “Cali” feel, while the eastside has a more traditional “Eastcoast” feel. Maybe I’m wrong.

LA always reminded me of Rio. Glitz and glamour next to struggling favelas. Two of the most unequal and contrasting cities in the world.
I was gonna say the same thing. Favelas in these hill side areas overlooking the city and the glitz. Same deal in LA. Naturally beautiful hillside areas of LA, that are overlooking the hood. Even some hoods in the hills, like East LA/City Terrace. City Terrace looks like it could be a Latin American hillside ghetto.
