It’s like dudes watch one college football game and is like :gladbron: he’s the best qb in the draft penix is a statue in the pocket and that’s not working in todays game
He's not a statue at all
He's just not particularly mobile but he's actually excellent at navigating the pocket and avoiding pressure
Penix has well over 1000 drop backs the last 2 seasons and has only been sacked 15x
Cause unlike overrated Fields with all his mobility who takes sacks constantly, Penix actually knows how navigate a pocket and get the ball out on time with accuracy

Penix has had 4 season ending injuries in his six seasons playing CFB.

NFL defenders are bigger, faster and stronger, that doesn't bode well.

And yes I have seen nikkas drop good passes (shyt happens to EVERY Qb)
hey thats good or better by his standards :hubie:

i wonder what Bears fans would say if he had 16tds and only one int his past 7 games like Love has. probably call him a future hall of famer :lolbron:

Breh penix is a statue in the pocket due to two ACL tears when he was at Indiana that’s the biggest knock on penix,he’s also a slow processor and he get stuck on his first read a lot it but the biggest knock is he’s a statue in the pocket

If This was the 90s or early 2000s he would’ve been number 1 but with dlinemen running 4.6,4.7 and linebackers running 4.4,4.3 he’s not a prototypical QB in today’s game

If you're using the pick: Take Marvin Harrison Jr. There are few things more certain in life than an Ohio State WR being awesome in the NFL.

If you trade anything: trade the pick to a QB-desperate team for a HAUL, take the best WR on the board when you're back up and invest in the OL with your other first.

Keep Fields. You don't make a move at the QB position unless you are honestly and truly just a QB away. Chicago needs more than that.

Taking a Wr #1 overall is insanity

Man, if Caleb is HIM and balls out like Stroud or some shyt in Year 1, Chicago will not give af about Justin Fields anymore. Trust me
:mjlol:

Chicago fans get behind their teams and players once they put on that uniform. For years, fans were telling themselves Mitch Trubisky was the guy

These dudes are fukking clowns b. JF is objectively a mid qb lol. And the city LOVES him. If Caleb is really that nikka theyll be building him a statue in 3 seasons

This goofy ass packers fan got all these posts in here typing nonsense. Penix :dead: its either a haul for first or williams.

the only thing goofy is the Bears fans eye test when it comes to QB's. Went from rex to mitch to now JF. just all over the place making more caps than a hat company. Like i said about penix, its high risk high reward but better than whats behind center right now. No one is saying trade your picks to get Penix :dead:

Penix should be there mid to late 2nd if not early 3rd. He's the most NFL ready

The #1 overall pick, ideally, should be a can't miss prospect that fills a need significantly enough to change the aspirations of the team taking him.

Marvin Harrsion Jr. fits that bill for the Chicago Bears.

This goofy clown just types to type. Bears dont even have their second cuz they traded it for sweat. If they take a qb itll be williams anyone entertaining anything else is just the musings of a retard (yes thats you :ld: )Not only are you an unfunny, unserious, uncharismatic, lame ass poster but now we can add uninformed to it.

Learn to read, no you can learn to get off our dikks :mjlol:

position matters :dame:

If I have a top-3 pick, im taking a LT, QB or Edge. Those are the most impactful position in football.
