People forget this isn’t about how many dues you pay. If paying dues was the key to success then Arnez J and Shucky Ducky would’ve been global superstars by now

This is about MONEY. Kevin Hart could carry a movie that was made for 20-40 Million that would TRIPLE its budget at the box office CONSISTENTLY for about 4-5 years. He wrote, produced, and starred in Night School, made on a $28 Million budget and grossed $100 Million. You CAN’T “Plant” that kind of success. Kevin Hart was the first comedian who took advantage of social media RIGHT when it became a big thing and utilized that to sell his movies. His strategy was so successful that he had it put in his contracts that he be paid for all social posts promoting his own films at a time when nobody was even thinking about it. The leaked Song Emails from almost a decade ago confirmed that the Studio heads were upset they had to pay him for social media promo

You can’t be a Plant and have white people, actual Studio heads and Presidents, bytching that you worked so hard and cracked a code they hadn’t that you’ve got leverage to force more money out of them.

Thats why he was able to level up and do big budget films with The Rock, because he was carrying mid-budget films to $80-100 Million dollar grosses by HIMSELF. And guess what? Those big budget films were huge as well. The second Jumanji film grossed almost a BILLION world wide
Good post but everything you said was after he got hot. The social media marketing and how he could boost a films box office was all after the fact. And no doubt once Hart got his name hot his work ethic and professionalism maintained and carried him through. I'm not even calling him a plant, but the question from a lot of actors and comedians in LA, and hell even on The Coli, was how did those doors open up as wide as they did in such a short period of time with minimal grinding on the West Coast? Who co-signed him like that? He would hijack all star weekend and every other movie being released at the time. I like Kevin Hart, talented dude, but there's some smoke and mirrors involved in his rise.

So

-Katt said Ricky a hater for saying Money Mike was pose to be his role.
- - Ricky actually said he auditioned like everyone else. It’s on tape
- - Ice Cube confirmed Ricky auditioned and Katt was the better fit

-Katt said Cedric never appeared at Guy Torry comedy house
- - Guy Torry provided tapes of Katt and Cedric together at the comedy house

-Katt said Cedric stole from him. This has been confirmed
- - Also been confirmed Katt stole his biggest intro ‘Everyday I’m hustlin’ from JB Smoove

-Katt said Kevin Hart is plant
- - Proven numerous of times he’s not a plant

-Katt said they emasculating black men by making them wear dress
- - A video dropped showing A-list white actors all wore dresses. Each And Every white actor you know in Hollywood. Confirmed Hollywood is into cross dressing

Only thing right was Steve Harvey but if you old enough you know about Steve already

:mjlol:At this point just take it as a roasting sessions, because Katt is crazy and funny
Cube basically said Katt was right and added/ improvised the Money Mike role, much more involved with it then just a simple audition.

Lavelle’s delivery has ALWAYS been hilarious.

Though I disagree. If someone shoots at you you have FULL RIGHT to shoot back. Some will and some won’t but Katt was talking about people’s wives, dead children, and (lack of ) talent. Its natural to respond

if you don’t respond they going to say the same thing.

I stopped listening/watching a few years ago, but Corey has been saying most of the things Katt said for years on the 5150 show

Whenever Corey would go on a rant, he would name names. Corey has a lot of sh!t with him but he been on that calling people out wave for a long time

Are you serious?

Is that it? Yeah Katt definitely on crackhead energy if this is all Rickey said. Them voices in his head got him tweaking if this is the comment that pissed him off
No, he said he was supposed to money Mike and Katt was supposed to be Santa. He added on that he auditioned for money Mike, but ended up with the roles getting swapped. No one has come out and said that katt was ever supposed to play santa but they swapped roles

Robin Williams, Travolta, Dustin Hoffman, Johnny Depp, Jared Leto, Judd Law, Swayze, Cillian Murphy and many more famous white actors played women/trans roles

There may be some truth to what you say but to think that men playing women roles is something specifically done to Black actors is just factually wrong.
It amazes me how Dave Chappelle somehow gaslit the entire black community into believing that dressing in drag is a conspiracy against black men when there are countless examples of white men dressing in drag. For years SNL had a rule against men having facial hair because they wanted all of their comics to be available to play a woman role. Up until recently damn near every comic regardless of race that has done sketch comedy or played in movies and shows has done a drag bit.
