About a week without alcohol. I don’t need it but it’s easy to fall in the trap if a game is on or I got out.
Got back to the gym this week and getting about 80-100oz of water a day. Gotta step that up.
One good trick is to have a glass right when you wake up and right before you go to sleep. That’s an easy 16-24 ounces.
I’m 6’ 230, I don’t look crazy but my stomach definitely poking out.

Full blown alcoholic here. Even with the keto I've been doing for last 25 days. I've successfully cut off sugary shyt and got a membership at
Lifetime. The alcohol is really my only buffer. I'm starting team water today.
Its 11AM and I'm on my 4th water because me finishing off my bottle of Costco vodka really dehydrated me.
I never thought I'd quit Pepsi/sugar. Alcohol is my next opponent. and after that I'm kicking nicotine. I've been lit for so long I don't know what nondependence feels like.
