Oh I'm take it easy bruh. I'm just ready to start my weightlifting journey(gotta get ready for the navy). I need to start the nofap thing now, tho.

No fap and lifting actually goes well together. Just redirect that energy you will have from increased testosterone. Avoid temptation as well.

It was a struggle, whenever I got the urge to eat I would drink water, but I also did deep breathing exercises and walked everyday around the park. I was going for 40 days but cheated. Plus I was doing a lot of reading, after a certain point I felt light headed, it was a moment of clarity. It's like you don't feel tired and you have energy all the time. I'm inspired by this thread to do it again starting Feb 7th until the end of the month.

I usually sleep the whole night, in the morning I have water sometimes.
I'm drinking more now tho.



Lmao you don't be drinking water in the middle of the night nor morning when dead ass thirsty? You different breh lol

Also taking cool showers.Daily basic exercise like for example doing 30 press ups a day.5 minute cardio.And doing basic boxing exercises will make a huge difference.
Excess sugar is supposed to make you feel complacent and borderline depressed.Also take nutritional non gmo supplements like vitamin d.Lack of vitamins is no joke.
Every time you fap you lose vital nutrients like zinc. More fapping = less testosterone so you ed up having an imbalance.Invest in your body brehs because all of that smoking and drinking will catch up quick.
