I don't know why this thread motivates me but I'm going to give it a shot.

I don't have anything to lose.

It will break my addiction to caffeine. I drink 16 ounces of maxwell house out of a keurig K-cup everyday. It's not even the caffeine though, I just love the taste of coffee. I just do straight black with a little milk to lighten it up so my teeth don't look British.

I know my addiction is bad because when I don't drink it, it takes about 48hr then I get a headache and my stomach gets nauseous. It was so bad last week I went to sleep at 10p and woke up at 2am dying. Head was bumping stomach felt like I was going to throw up. I made some coffee and within 2 sips I was better.

I don't want to be a fiend for any substance. I have drank in years and I don't do drugs.

why no tea?

I've been consistently losing allot of weight in the past year or so

and I feel like its partly due to the green tea I drink, I drink about 4 cups a day


If it works then yes continue. The moral of the story is to really be conscious of our mental and physical health and to stop running on auto-pilot like zombies.

I drank and ate buffalo wild wings 5 days a week. I have a pretty solid metabolism but i was reckless. My habits were wack asf.

The water had me peeing 20+ times a day.

Liquor + salt = hella water retention

Thats a lot of our problems off rip.

I hit the consistently treadmill a week ago. I started keto about a week and a half ago.

It all started with gallon a day, no alcohol, no sugars. I did drink juice and sweet ass liquors too so cutting sugars was huge as well


damn son......glad you eating better tho.

Down 20 pounds (213 to 193), face hella slim, skin helllla clear, stomach hella non-belly-ey, upgraded my habits and saved HELLA money not going out eating or drinking and not keeping the crib stocked with liquor... Holla at a nikka :wow:
