He wrote 7 songs in a 4 year period
This shows how dense you are. If you are referring to the four year period between Off The Wall and Thriller, you are overlooking Destiny (the year before) and Triumph with the Jacksons.

And he only wrote/Co-wrote, a few major hits, like “Can You Feel It”, “Heartbreak Hotel”, “Shake Your Body Down.” And pretty much wrote/co-wrote most of the Triumph album as well as producing it.

I didn’t even get to songs he wrote for others like Paul McCartney (Say Say Say), Diana Ross (Muscles)… We Are The World with Lionel Richie.

Breh, I’m not even trying right now. You’re looking real dumb right now. Just gracefully bow out. I’m literally providing facts of songs he SOLEY wrote or co-wrote. You can’t name me one song that was a Beyonce hit with her as the sole writer. Just name ONE.

Zero rebuttals. Just insults. The typical IQ of a bey-hive soldier. Thanks for proving my point.

Weird comparison.

One of these is a movie about a guy that dropped a couple months after he died.

The other is a movie about a tour that just finished that everyone who would want to see the movie already attended.

I’m guessing if she died instead of toured this movie would do better numbers.

She’s obviously still not MJ.

Y’all shouldn’t feel threatened by her success.

Bad aged like shyt and sounds lame as fukk

He rebound with Dangerous but there’s regiment's of bad that make it eh

HIStory has only two standout singles the one with Janet and they don’t care about us

I agree with this, but Beyonce never had an Off The Wall or Thriller:mjlol:

Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad. Producer: Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson as co-producer.

Dangerous: Teddy Riley produced half of the album (Co-produced with Mike). Mike did the other half with Bill Bottrell.

History: mostly Michael again. With Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis doing a few tracks. And R Kelly of course.

Invincible is the only one you can say he went the “Beyonce” root with multiple producers. Which is why it’s considered his weakest because it sounded very unfocused.

But that aside, they all still had Michael’s signature sound, something Beyonce has never had. Michael evolved as a song writer. From writing three on Off The Wall. Four on thriller. 9/11 tracks on Bad. To then being the sole or Co-writer on his subsequent albums.

Like you can’t be this slow. Look at every Beyonce album. She had the “who’s hot” producer of that era. Whether it was The Neptunes, Scott Storch, Neyo/Stargate, Rich Harrison. And it’s always multiple writers. Name a Beyonce hit where she was the sole writer or it was her and just 1 and 2 others. She’s a follower, not a trend setter.

I know my music. Don’t test me on this. You can do your gay bipolar trolling on other topics but music is what I study and play. I know it inside out.

Mike wrote for other cats too, gave away some great songs :sas2:, was proficient on a couple instruments too.

What’s crazy is that you provide facts and these weirdos start throwing their toys out of the pram. I respect Beyonce as a performer because she’s very proficient at it. Easily one of the best. But that’s her lane. Just like Usher is a great performer. Just like Whitney Houston was. But neither are artists.

That’s reserved for the Marvin Gayes, Alanis Morissettes, Lionel Ritchies, Taylor Swifts, hell, even Adele. Whilst I don’t care for the latter two I respect their mean pen game.

What’s funny is, Michael evolved as a song writer. He started off as a mini James Brown and evolved into the King Of Pop that he became.

When you see the fedora, one white glove, white socks, you know exactly the artist it’s referring to.

Beyonce has not evolved as a song writer or artist. Again, no one can pin point Beyoncé’s signature sound. You can with Marvin Gaye, James Brown, Prince, Stevie Wonder, Michael, R Kelly. They created their own styles.

I haven’t even gotten to Beyonce stealing. At least Michael was gracious enough to state he NEVER created the moonwalk. But when you’re talented, you don’t need to lie or steal.

It’s crazy how anyone can even argue these facts. Beyonce doesn’t have a Purple Rain, Thriller, What’s Going On, Songs In The Key Of Life, Can’t Slow Down, TP-2.

That’s a bad faith argument considering the same could be said about the Taylor Swift film, yet it still did numbers anyways.

I don’t think it released in that many theaters anyways considering it‘s not playing at the one across the street from me and I along with other people I’m sure didn’t know it came out this weekend. OP should preface that in his post granted, it still wouldn’t have done MJ or Taylor numbers regardless.

There's nothing mediocre regarding Beyoncé' or her talent and to say so is just flat out hate. Beyoncé doesn't have to worry about being "renowned and cherished as MJ" because she is renowned and cherished in her own right in her own time. That woman is whole legend at this point whether y'all like it or not.

HeeHees get tight in the chest when Beyoncé is just being praised as the talent she is meanwhile the media is on a campaign to literally demean and erase MJ's accomplishments and replace him with a non black person. Bad Bunny is the "King of Pop" all of sudden and Taylor can be mentioned in the same breath as Michael but you worried about the BeyHive and Beyoncè?? Very interesting.

At the end of the day, none of the marginal, manufactured music artists you've mentioned will ever hold a candle to a prodigy like MJ, the King of Pop, musically or socially.
