i've had tons of crushes on guys ever since i was a kid. none for women.
i've actually had dreams of naked guys and gay sex.
as a kid, i used to masturbate to both guys and girls. when i was 12, i was jerking off to a video game magazine ad involving a bunch of guys in speedos and then i realized that (masturbating to guys, having crushes on guys and etc=gay), at that point, i decided to focus my feelings on women as a means of making myself 100% hetero. yeah, i was able to jerk off to women for a period but my feelings for guys didn't cease at all. i was trying to get rid of those feelings and they came back hard. i still had crushes on guys even when i was masturbating to women. it soon became me basically convincing myself that i was straight where i would tell myself that i was straight while trying to get rid of those unwanted thoughts and feelings.
i had plenty of opportunities to date or have sex with women but i wasn't interested in them. they just didn't do it for me.
what ended up happening was me getting uncomfortable around other gay dudes thinking they would catch on to my insecurity and move on it. i pretty much have registered on some dudes gaydars and yeah, it takes one to know one.
if i didn't deal with it, someone else would have made me dealt with it. i would rather be in control of my situation than for it to be used against me. so yeah, i'm coming out as an openly gay guy.
