Is there a more tragic and thirst inducing Trilogy than Nolan's Batman?

Naw we need a new Batman. Nolan's version of Bats was trash, his fighting skills were :scusthov: and the only thing he had going were his gadgets. He's suppose to be ahead of the game all the time and he was getting sonned. BB is the closest we got to Batman being Batman. Synder is a Batman stan so i expect him to be accurate when it comes to his portrayal
you were doing so well until here any batman or Wayne with bale in the role isn't closest to anything

id love for them to separate the JL batman character from a standalone franchise based on batman beyond. we need a break from traditional batman w/ the same 4 villains. make it for the younger demo and give up all the cool gadgetry. ya know like the new spidermans were supposed to do. (no shots at Garfield tho)

wonder if he had a script already for part 3 w. ledger. would like to see what ideas they had. i like bane but the plot was ridiculous.
the one i read Batman was supposed to go to Arkham & talk to Joker about Bane to better understand his psychology, kinda like the Bruce/Alfred chat about Joker, Joker realizes Banes plan will ruin all his fun & breaks out, Joker somehow sabotages Bane, takes control, becomes the final threat on typical Joker fukkery... thats the version i read but Ledger died & Joker was completely written out the movie... i dont even remember if it was supposed to be Bane or another villain... i read Ledger had already signed to play Joker again... im a Joker stan so seein him :troll: Bane woulda been great...

They had no choice.

Marvel was tapping that @ss. And when MOS flopped, they had to go back to Batman.

It's like Tim Duncan. Most reliable player. Played all 3 quarters and needed some rest early in the fourth, but they were getting blown out so he had to come off the bench without rest.
MOS is from DC, what you talmbout? :rudy:
And shyt didn't flop, MOS>any Marvel movie, maybe just not better than Cap America Winter Soldier.

Been saying that since I saw it. This is a guy who saw his parents die in front of him and he became batman because of it. so now that his "girlfriend" died, and I use quotes because she wasn't his girlfriend, they weren't smashing, and she was with another guy, now all of a sudden he wants to hang it up for 8 years and can't go on? Tragic.

The John Blake stuff was superfluous at best and there was never going to be any following of that character. Bruce left him to protect the city even though Bruce had his own issues protecting the city and he was a trained ninja..this kid is a rookie detective. So nah @Jax it was time to move on from that story.

He didnt quit because of rachel, he quit because the dent act destroyed organized crime and he was getting :flabbynsick: Rachel was one reason but the majority of it was the dent act.

MOS did not flop. It brought back Supes after Pedo Singer nearly destroyed it with Superman Returns
