Is The Hate Against Cyberpunk Exaggerated Or Nah?

Exaggerated but acceptable from all four corners of the ring:

• CDPR was EXTREMELY wrong about hiding the PS4 and Xbone versions of those games, rather than just being like "The shyt is broken, get a PC or new console plz thx"
• Share holders for trying to rush a game that needed a minute to cool and a hour back in the oven
• CDPR execs for getting bigheaded by trying to be in a big AAA role when they are indie as best, along with treating the staff like lemmings for crunchtime
• The fans and YouTube controversary creators for hyping up the game but falling for the hate train because "GOTY"

Meanwhile, me and Johnny busting caps at bustas and counting skrilla while some thick cyberting doming us off to the Latino Heat theme

They are worth billions and are publicly traded hardly what you would class as an Indi company.

And to answer OP question no it isn’t, the game is riddled full of problems and CDPR were deceptive. This is all warranted and will ensure game companies will be more cautious when attempting shyt like this.

Exaggerated. Madden is garbage and glitchy every single year, and has never been pulled from an online store. It’s only a big deal, because people acted like Cyberpunk was gonna cure cancer, and scheduled everything in their lives around the game.

again, fake news. that rumor originated from one source and the dude's ps4 nearly bricking had nothing to do with Anthem specifically. consoles just break down sometimes the reason that rumor picked up steam and had cynical journalists/youtubers reporting it is because everyone was dogpiling on the hate on that point and just parroting everything negative about the game

and there is no bag fumbled they got their money back on pc alone. console has never been cdpr's focus from the jump - and last gen? i'm getting kinda exhausted by people screaming "they lied to us" like this is the only company with a marketing department. hell, if pc players lost their shyt every time they got a bad pc edition you'd never hear them shut up...

Exaggerated. Click bait youtubers are literally making daily videos about essentially a topic where nothing changes from day to day. It's a buggy game on day one its going to be a buggy game till they patch it. Jamming 30 videos into the atmosphere because you want to off the ad revenue is good financially but it's slimey as fucck.

Seems like this is going to be the norm for big releases. People will drum up controversies and click bait youtubers will click bait, gamerbros will click, and the people who actually enjoy those games will appear like the minority.

don't rush out to get a next gen console then. stadia or even nvidia's streaming for it should've been the move over trying to play this on last gen hardware in the first place
