this discussion is just a discussion, it won't hinder any real world movements or activism, we all share different opinions about the matter and that's the point of having this discussion in the first place, we can hear others point of views and they may provoke new thoughts in some of us.

Overt racism is diminished quite a bit, unless you've got some balls like Zimmerman or that dude that killed that black kid at that gas station.

However it's now more difficult to address because they're so clandestine with it and will even try and flip it onto you for spotting their bullshyt. The dis-ingenuousness with it has skyrocketed.

The only way to make it so it can't affect us as much is to establish more black businesses so we can hire our own, instead of depending on a not so racist white person give you your check. This will also produce more mutual respect between black men and women and will really benefit the community as a whole.
