Yea sure you do even though the middle class has actually been shrinking since the 1980s and the most its ever been hasn't even been fifteen percent of the nation, meaning that the owners of the nation have kept the mobility scale small for centuries and kept the working class large on purpose;
this whole thing of being able to set up generations is a lie, especially for blacks because we deal with twofold oppression: race and class. Capitalism is set up tp keep 90 plus percentage of the population ion wage labor with little to no room to move up the classes, so that American dream and middle class shyt you see in media is a farce. The majority don't have that opportunity and will never in this political economy.
