Is Kevin Hart as big of a star as Eddie Murphy was in the 80's?

In the Silver Lining
Facts, facts, facts. Beasts of No Nation being basically ignored is where it just becomes blatant prejudice. Idris literally TRANSFORMED into another person, was incredible. Duke never missed a beat with that accent too.

Wasnt it only shown on Netflix. How does it get nominated if not shown in theaters? :whoo:

Eddie was a global superstar, in the 80s AND 90s. Hart ain't seeing him on that front.

Is not a fair comparison.

In the 80s blacks on tv were rare and anytime a black movie came out it was an event. When Michael Jackson and Eddie Murphy did remember the time your whole neighborhood shut down to crowd around the tv.

Now there are dozens of these guys. No one can stand out like anymore.

Look at how much Eddies films grossed in the 80s. Hell BHC was one of the highest grossing films of all time at one point. Kevin Hart not even close. Foh :camby:

This is clear proof this generation has no talent..

No rappers
No singers
No producers
No shows
No dancers
No comedians

No nothing..
If Kevin hart vanished today most people wouldn't even notice..
