With all due respect I'm still not buying it granted I've seen a video of you and I will acknowledge that you do know your shyt.

I'm 35 and added a lot of muscle to my lats within the last year.

Granted I'm not proving you wrong cuz you said 40.

I don't know man I wanna believe and I've seen plenty of jacked old timers in the gym lol.

I mostly feel sorry for people that get into weights after 25. All the best growth they could get is behind them

That's me. i started seriously lifting at 34 I'm 36 now. Have put on some considerable muscle, but recovery time and the nagging injuries suck. i wish I started in my 20's.

Yea it’s definitely possible for some people, not others like most things in life. Steroids are for white boys and weak ass nikkas who can’t put in the effort

That’s at goin on 32 years old with an almost 6’7 frame. The thing is I could be a lot better aesthetically if I had the time to do more and eat 100% clean without drinkin alcohol but I live my life just like anybody else with a work schedule, 2 jobs broads and everything else. If I got paid to do this and dedicate the majority of my time and energy to it I’d be a fukkin God

I workout as a hobby so it’d be safe to assume that people who did this shyt on a higher level would have better results without takin shyt. Still takes time, a lot of work and dedication and that’s only if your genetics support it.

Everything else you said was voided witg this statement here.....because it's what's needed above all

Yea exactly but this thread is here and people get the dumbass mindset that a nice physique is only attainable by stuffin needles in ya ass so it needs to be said that that isn’t always the case

Just like everybody can’t grow up playin ball their whole life and be Lebron but there may have been others who could’ve and never tapped into that potential or got groomed... these types of things should be common sense at this point

Genetics determine all, if you don't have genetics for a small waist nothing is going to give it too. Steroids only enhance the genetics you already, it doesn't give you what you don't have.

Alot of yall dont know what the hell yall talking about. I know Hitch. Very cool and humble dude. Met him at various expos and trained a few times with him. Dude has been training for over 20 years. And his abs are like that because he do weighted ab and core work frequently. Most people dont hit their abs hard enough. I guarantee if you do, you will see them get thicker and bulkier. Btw Im a personal trainer as well. His physique can be attained but it takes great disicpline and extreme hard work.

Sorry breh but you have no idea

I never trained abs....its all body fat dependant, the lower the body fat more your abs show
My waist is 28inch there

Here I'm 215, only a 33 1/2 inch waist, flat stomach but no and, my body fat was still too high around 13-14% there

The lower your body fat, the more your abs will show. Thats common sense. Hitch abs stands out more not only because of very low body fat but also because he hit them hard with weighted work. Same with Ulisses who I have met many times and got alot of insight from. Some people genetically have thicker abs than others. Just like some people naturally have big arms without having to train them. There are some people who will achieve 6% body fat and abs wont be pronounced or have that separation because they dont have thick abs and never did any solid ab work. I've transformed plenty clients with weighted ab work. I know what im talking about.
