Your being counter productive..
IF....your metabolism is fast, then why are you doing so much cardio:what:

Work with your genetics not against them.
If you have the gift of a fast metabolism then you should skip cardio and eat more and train heavier.

The lower your body fat, the more your abs will show. Thats common sense.

Exactly, you proved my point. At 10-15% bf, doesn't matter how hard you hit you abs they not showing unless you have low body fat end of story.

Now once there are already visable then yes you can get them harder by training them, yes that common sense as well.

But if you cant already see your abs, no amount of weight training will bring them out

Hence cardio and diet will bring them out way before directly training them.

Bro i think u misunderstood me but its cool. My post was not about getting abs to show. Reason for me saying what I was saying is because I always see guys saying thick blocky abs are signs of steriods when sometimes its not. Thats why I said you can grow them abs with heavy weight. They are quick to label someone unnatural for any little thing.

Since a lot of cats on here don't understand how the body works and don't want to use google....uncle Kill will help you out.

You don't get buffer naturally when you get older. In fact you start losing muscle and fat (small percentages) when you hit 35. Just the way of the world/body. Now of course this can be prevented either with HGH or other steroids. Basically, there's only two schools of thought on this; If you have a six pack, you're either on the juice or extremely hungry/dehydrated. Now the latter meaning you're not bulky whatsoever.

If you have a six pack and you're fully jacked passed 30, you're on the juice. Chael Sonnen goes in on this both on his podcast and book. Bas Rutten pretty much backs it up the same logic and science of course. You simply don't get bigger by lifting more in your 40's.
This is quite possibly the worst post ive seen on here. You must be trolling.:mjlol:

Sorry breh but you have no idea

I never trained abs....its all body fat dependant, the lower the body fat more your abs show
My waist is 28inch there

Genetics determine all, if you don't have genetics for a small waist nothing is going to give it too. Steroids only enhance the genetics you already, it doesn't give you what you don't have.
Are some of you deliberately trolling? :why:
This thread is a mess.

I know science is hard for you to understand, but quoting me and providing nothing, not even a counter point, makes you look like a moron, just keep perusing the forums, or admit that you have no understanding on both science and the human body, either way, you can google/youtube what I posted. Now do us all a favor and..:camby:

Almost 75% of what he said is correct

Usually you can't gain muscle past 40 not 35
After 26 it's your test levesl that drop slowly each year after that.

All this is scientific, of course there are exception to the rule

This. I was 5 years off....I stand corrected. The rest holds true.

Lol yea but cardio is good not just for getting skinny I want endurance and it’s only 2.5 miles each time and I eat right after (protein, high carb good fat then take my supplements). I do train heavy bro trust me but maybe u right. I never did cardio before and with it I’m around the same weight but I’m way stronger than I was at what I thot was my best which is crazy, just proof that cardio helps with muscle endurance and fatigue imo

With all due respect I'm still not buying it granted I've seen a video of you and I will acknowledge that you do know your shyt.

I'm 35 and added a lot of muscle to my lats within the last year.

Granted I'm not proving you wrong cuz you said 40.

I don't know man I wanna believe and I've seen plenty of jacked old timers in the gym lol.

I mostly feel sorry for people that get into weights after 25. All the best growth they could get is behind them
The hodgetwins didnt start working out till they were 35 and look better than 90 of the dudes out here (paws :dame:)

See this is my thing
I've been lurking bodybuilding.com forums, YouTube, Reddit & Instagram comments because I'm noticing a narrative that anybody that is 200+ & Ripped is juicing, see im 208 pounds currently & I'm decently ripped my obliques Just need more work & my physique would be God like & this has been achieved naturally Mind You i eat LIke shyt & Drink Soda Etc....then i See people Saying Black MEN have superior Genetics & thats The Reason For it.... I Dont know I Just Find It hard To Believe that every single person WHO Is great Shape with decent size is Juicing
