Based on what I’ve read Iger’s agenda seems to be.
1. Let go of the past. As in start putting new characters and stories out front to lead the MCU. Which is why he shut down the idea of Tony Stark returning.
2. Stop over saturating the market with content. Phase 4 basically diluted the brand.
3. Make money. Stop hoarding IP to prop up Disney +. Stop keeping shyt in house.

I think Feige in particular has shown a willingness to change things so I don't think they need new executives. It's not likely you automatically find someone better, they would probably be worse.
And I doubt Taika or Peyton Reed get another directors job. Only repeat directors going forward are Shang Chi and WandaVision's directors who both did good work in Phase 4. Everyone else is new.
